As more and more drivers join the electric vehicle (EV) revolution, Ratio EV’s io7 chargers are helping companies future-proof their parking.
Take Bell’s Healthcare, for example. In seeking sustainable solutions for their growing EV charging needs, the pharmaceutical company met their perfect match in Ratio EV.
## A Charger for Today, and Tomorrow
When Bell’s Healthcare began exploring EV charging options, they faced several key considerations:
- Limited electrical connections requiring smart power management
- Need for future expansion capability
- Proximity to residential properties
- Integration with existing solar PV infrastructure

Working with AMP EV, a specialist charging infrastructure company, Bell’s Healthcare found a solution in the Ratio EV io7 charging system.
By installing four io7 units at their facility in Southport, Bell’s Healthcare were able to future-proof their EV charging with a scalable solution that also addressed immediate needs.
## The Perfect Match
Ratio EV’s io7 chargers are ideal for the Bell’s Healthcare site.
They offer elegant design alongside practical functionality, as well as ambient illumination with less than 2% light pollution which won’t impact neighbouring properties.
The 7kW charging units integrate with existing solar PV systems, come with dynamic load management and, importantly, the modular design provides an expandable EV charging infrastructure for future site growth.
Meanwhile, AMP EV’s thorough, quality-controlled planning and project delivery ensured smooth installation throughout, including face-to-face needs assessments, live demos, a detailed site survey and pre-commissioning and testing for each unit before installation.
